Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of aisoql.com and the AISOQL app (together, the "Service"), operated by AISOQL ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AISOQL is an AI-assisted tool for Salesforce development. It can generate and update code and metadata, diagnose errors, produce documentation, and help with related tasks. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Tokens, payments, and subscriptions

  • Actions in the Service cost tokens, typically between 1 and 10 per action depending on the task. Token costs and prices are shown in the app and may change. If an action fails, the tokens it used are refunded automatically.
  • Tokens and subscriptions are purchased through Stripe or PayPal, whose terms also apply. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.
  • Team subscriptions are billed per seat and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Introductory price lock: an organization that starts a paid Team subscription on or before December 31, 2026 pays $29 per seat per month, including for seats added later, for as long as that subscription remains continuously active. The locked price ends if the subscription is cancelled, expires, or lapses for non-payment; any later subscription is billed at the price in effect at that time. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise or where we choose to make an exception, purchases are final and fees already paid are not refunded. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us at admin@aisoql.com and we will look into it.
  • If your organization supplies its own Anthropic API key ("bring your own token"), usage under that key is billed to your organization by Anthropic under your agreement with Anthropic, and you are responsible for complying with Anthropic's terms.

Team accounts

The owner of a team account is responsible for its members, for the seats and subscription, and for ensuring members use the Service in line with these terms. Owners and administrators can add and remove members and manage the team's settings.

Your content and generated output

You keep your rights in the content you submit and in the output generated for you, to the extent the law gives you any. You give us permission to process your content to operate and improve the reliability of the Service, including by sending it to our service providers such as Anthropic as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit your content and for not submitting anything you are not allowed to share. Because outputs come from an AI model, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

Review generated output before you use it

Generated code and other output is a starting point, not a guarantee. It may be incorrect, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your org. Always review it, run tests, and check object and field names against your org before deploying. You are solely responsible for what you deploy and for any consequences of using the output.

Salesforce connection and deployments

On Team accounts where the organization's admin has enabled it, you can connect a Salesforce sandbox, Developer Edition, or trial org and ask AISOQL to validate or deploy generated output to it. When you do, AISOQL acts on your behalf using the access you granted, and you authorize us to send the files you select to that org. A validation is a check-only run that changes nothing in the org. A deploy changes your org's metadata and can overwrite existing components. You are responsible for choosing the right org, reviewing the output first, keeping backups, and following your Salesforce agreement and your organization's change-management rules. Deployments are not guaranteed to succeed or to behave as intended. You can disconnect at any time, and we may disable the feature at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • use it to create malware or other code intended to harm systems, data, or people;
  • attempt to bypass token limits, billing, or security controls, or access another person's account or data;
  • probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or scrape it automatically without our permission;
  • reverse engineer the Service or resell access to it without our written permission; or
  • submit confidential or personal information you do not have the right to share.

Third-party services and trademarks

The Service works with third-party services, including Anthropic, Stripe, PayPal, and Atlassian Jira. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. AISOQL is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce, Apex, Lightning, and related names are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Other names are the property of their owners.

Referral program

Referral rewards are subject to the rules shown on the Refer a Friend page and may be changed or ended at any time. We may withhold or reverse rewards for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR USE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND US$100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these terms, or your deployment of generated output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
