Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a Business (team) seat cost?
Business seats are $29 per seat per month, an introductory price. An organization that starts a paid subscription on or before December 31, 2026 keeps that price for as long as its subscription stays active, including seats added later. Individual users buy token packs instead of seats.
How does token pricing work?
Each action costs tokens: most cost between 1 and 10 depending on the task (the Code Generator and Update Component are on the lower end, larger tools like Architect cost more). New accounts start with a free token grant, and more tokens are available on the Token Manager page. If a run fails or comes back incomplete, the tokens are refunded automatically.
Does AISOQL ever touch my Salesforce org directly?
Only if you choose to connect one. AISOQL never asks for or stores your Salesforce password. By default every generated component downloads as a real Salesforce DX project that you deploy yourself from your own VS Code. On Business and Team accounts where your admin has turned it on, you can optionally connect a sandbox, Developer Edition, or trial org through Salesforce's standard OAuth login to validate (a check-only run that changes nothing) and deploy generated code. Production orgs are not supported, and you can disconnect and revoke access at any time.
What does the Deployment Center actually do?
It runs real, static checks against a generation's files (brace balance, meta.xml pairing, well-formed XML, a SOQL/DML-in-loop heuristic, and a scan for a generated test class), then packages a real downloadable SFDX project. If you have connected a sandbox, it can also validate (check-only) and then deploy that project through the Salesforce Metadata API and shows you the real result, including any errors. A deploy is only allowed after the same content has validated successfully. Without a connection, deployment still happens in your own VS Code.
Is my Jira API token safe?
Yes -- it's encrypted at rest (Fernet/AES) before being stored, using a key derived from the server's SECRET_KEY, and is only decrypted in memory for the duration of a single request.
Can I get a refund if a generation fails?
Yes, automatically. If Claude's API call fails after tokens are deducted, the tokens are refunded to your balance immediately and the failure is logged in your History.
