Clean up duplicate Contacts before a data migration
Years of imports left thousands of duplicate Contacts and Accounts. Before moving data from an old donor system, matching and duplicate rules need to be set up and the existing duplicates merged.
Acceptance criteria
- Matching and duplicate rules block new duplicates on create
- Existing duplicates merged with no lost donation history
- A repeatable import template for the migration
