Fix "Too many SOQL queries: 101" in nightly batch

A nightly shipment reconciliation batch started failing with System.LimitException: Too many SOQL queries: 101 after a new trigger was added on a custom Shipment object. It needs fixing and hardening.

Acceptance criteria

  • Batch completes on production data volumes
  • Trigger and batch are bulkified (no SOQL or DML inside loops)
  • Tests reproduce the original failure and pass after the fix
